Coltip – Refund & Return Policy

At Coltip, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures.


Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days after receiving their parcel.


Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be purchased directly from Coltip’s official store or website.

  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and similar personal items cannot be exchanged unless defective.


How to Initiate an Exchange

To begin the exchange process:

  1. Contact our Coltip customer support team via phone, email, or through the exchange request form on our website.

  2. Our team will guide you through the steps and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label along with secure packaging instructions.


Exchange Options

Customers may choose from the following exchange options:

a) Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value

If the new item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded.

b) Exchange for a product of higher value

Customers must pay the difference in price between the original and the new item.

c) Exchange for a Coltip gift card

Receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned item, redeemable on future purchases.


Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Coltip, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For exchanges due to personal preference, size issues, or other non-defect reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Exceptions

  • Earrings and hygienic items are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery is non-exchangeable unless faulty.
